| Job description: | -Exhibiting sound knowledge of the company's business strategy. -Exploiting oppurtunities to sell company services/products. -Collating client-specific intelligence, and map out ways of relating with them. -Reconcile customers accounts and and ensure proper documentation. -Define strategy for relating with each customer group and create a customer relationship plan per group. -collate and communicate business intelligence. -Assist in the preparation of tenders where necessary. -Managing the performance of all team members. | |
