| Job description: | This is a great opportunity for a Sr. Project Engineer who has excellent knowledge of design, permit processes and construction. Projects include residential subdivisions, planned residential developments, multi-family, retail and commercial projects. Position entails design and review of all aspects of site infrastructure. As the Project Manager, you will handle all communications with the client from beginning to end. You will be responsible for preparing technical sections of proposals, participate in interview presentations, and will plan, direct and control project team activities. Strong technical skills and background in site planning and development, storm drainage including detention ponds. Excellent oral and written communication skills and basic project management abilities are required. | |
